(collectively, “Borrowers”), the Administrative Agent and Lenders, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of even date herewith by and among Borrower, Administrative Agent and Lenders (as may be further amended, modified, restated, or supplemented and in effect from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”); and
