This instrument, dated March 11, 2011, is between NATIONWIDE MUTUAL FUNDS, successor in interest to GARTMORE MUTUAL FUNDS (the “Customer”), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Bank”). It amends the Global Custody Agreement dated April 4, 2003, as most recently amended as of December 2, 2009 (the “Custody Agreement”), between the Customer and the Bank. Capitalized terms in this amendment that are not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Custody Agreement.

This Amendment, dated December 9, 2015 (the “Amendment”), between NATIONWIDE VARIABLE INSURANCE TRUST, successor in interest to GARTMORE VARIABLE INSURANCE TRUST (the “Customer”), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Bank”) amends the Global Custody Agreement dated April 4, 2003, as amended (the “Custody Agreement”), between the Customer and the Bank. This Amendment (“Amendment”), dated and effective as of August 26, 2016, to the Global Custody Agreement, dated April 4, 2003 as amended (the “Agreement”), between JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (the “Bank”) and Nationwide Mutual Funds (“Customer”), successor in interest to Gartmore Mutual Funds, on behalf of each series set forth on the Fund List (each a “Fund”) attached hereto, is made by and between the Bank and Customer, on behalf of each Fund.
