This SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 30, 2016, by and between Azure Power Global Limited, a public company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Mauritius (the “Company”), and CDPQ Infrastructures Asia Pte Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (the “Purchaser”).
