THIS AGREEMENT made on November 1, 1997, amended on October 29, 2002 and amended on October 22, 2008 by and between DUPREE MUTUAL FUNDS, a Kentucky Business Trust acting for and on behalf of each series of the Trust (hereinafter known as the “Trust”) and DUPREE & COMPANY, INC., Lexington, Kentucky a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kentucky (hereinafter called “Dupree”).
