This Amendment To Transfer Agency Services Agreement, dated as of September 9, 2016 (“Current Amendment”), is being entered into by and among BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. (“BNYM”) and Driehaus Mutual Funds (“Investment Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each Portfolio of the Investment Company listed on Exhibit A to the Current Agreement (as defined below).
