This Separation Benefit Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 27, 2016, is entered into by and between John Guthrie (the “Executive”) and SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”).
