This EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of January 16, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Addus Healthcare, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), and W. Bradley Bickham, an individual domiciled in the State of Texas (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
