(successor to CLNY (as defined below)) (“CLNS”), (ii) Colony Capital, LLC (“CC”), (iii) CCH Management Partners I, LLC (“CCH”), (iv) FHB Holding LLC (“FHB LLC”), (v) Richard B. Saltzman (“Saltzman”), (vi) such Persons listed as Members in the Register and (vii) each other Person who at any time after the date hereof becomes a Member of the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Act.
