THIRTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of January 18, 2017 (this “Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture”) between Stryker Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Michigan (herein called the “Company”), having its principal office at 2825 Airview Boulevard, Kalamazoo, Michigan, and U.S. Bank National Association, a nationally chartered banking association, as trustee (herein called the “Trustee”).
