THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made as of the 2nd day of November, 2016, between Bay Banks of Virginia, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”), Bank of Lancaster (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned bank subsidiary of the Corporation, and C. Rodes Boyd, Jr. (“Executive”).
