Reference is made to the Revolving Credit and Term Loan Agreement, dated as of November 9, 2015 (as amended by the Omnibus Amendment and Waiver dated as of August 2, 2016 and as further amended, modified, restated and supplemented, the “Credit Agreement”), among the Borrower, Four Corners Property Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, the Lenders referenced therein and the Administrative Agent. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby.
