EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement’), is entered into as of January 28, 2015 and effective as of January 1, 2015, by and between Changyou.com Limited, a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), and Dewen Chen, an individual (the “Employee”).
