THIS TRANSFER AGENCY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made as of the 1st day of June, 2016, by and between each management investment company identified on Schedule A hereto, severally and not jointly, having its principal place of business at 625 Fourth Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415 (each such management investment company made subject to this Agreement in accordance with Section 1.01 below shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Fund”), and Thrivent Financial Investor Services Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation having its principal place of business at 625 Fourth Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415 (“TFISI”).
