FIRST AMENDMENT, dated as of March 1, 2017 (this “Amendment”), to the Credit Agreement, dated as of August 30, 2016 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), among ESH Hospitality, Inc. (the “Borrower”), the other Guarantors party thereto from time to time, the lenders party thereto from time to time (the “Lenders”) and Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), collateral agent and L/C Issuer.
