THIS NON-COMPETITION AND NON-SOLICITATION AGREEMENT (the “Noncompetition Agreement”) is being executed and delivered as of February 13, 2017, by Dr. Avi Katz (“Executive”), in favor of, and for the benefit of Integrated Device Technology.
