THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated effective as of January 31, 2017, is made and entered into pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, 6 Del. C. § 18-101 et seq. (the “LLC Act”), by T-MOBILE NORTHEAST LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the sole member (the “Member”) of VOICESTREAM PITTSBURGH LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”).
