THIS AGREEMENT is amended and restated this 25th day of April 2017, by and between STATE FARM VARIABLE PRODUCT TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and STATE FARM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”) to be effective upon the effectiveness of the termination of Rainier Investment Management, LLC (“Rainier”) as the sub-adviser to the Trust’s Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund (the “Agreement”).
