This Consulting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Harvest Natural Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Robert Speirs, with a residence at 177 Tanjong Rhu Road, Tower A3 20-1, Singapore (“Consultant”), and is effective as of the latest date set forth beside the signatures of the parties on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
