The attached statements include all statements required to be delivered as of the date hereof pursuant to the Second Amended and Restated Loan Agreement dated May , 2017, between Lender and Borrower, as amended or modified from time to time (the “Loan Agreement”). This certification is provided to Lender under the provisions of Section 5.19 of the Loan Agreement.
