This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) memorializes the employment terms for your anticipated hire by Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (the “Company”) in the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Medical Officer reporting to Amber Salzman, President & Chief Executive Officer. These terms will become effective on June 19, 2017, or at a later date determined by mutual agreement and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company (as applicable, the “Hire Date”).
