THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 5th day of July, 2017, by and between Capital Senior Living, Inc., a Texas corporation (“CSL” or “the Company”), and Brett D. Lee, an individual residing in the State of Texas (“Employee”). The term of this Agreement shall be deemed to have commenced as of August 14, 2017 (“Employment Commencement Date”).
