Redfin Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), proposes, subject to the terms and conditions in this underwriting agreement (this “Agreement”), to issue and sell to the several Underwriters named in Schedule I hereto (the “Underwriters”) for whom Goldman Sachs & Co.
