This Amended and Restated Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this [ ] day of [ ], 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between FS CREDIT REAL ESTATE INCOME TRUST, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and FS REAL ESTATE ADVISOR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Advisory Agreement dated March 20, 2017, between the Company and the Adviser. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Section 1 below.
