This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as on the 21st day of July, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) between Crestwood Operations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Employer”), and Heath Deneke (“Employee”), and amends and restates in its entirety the Amended and Restated Employment agreement entered into by and between Employer and Employee dated August 28, 2015 (the “Prior Employment Agreement”).
