THIS SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 7, 2017, is entered into by and between The9 Limited, an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Incsight Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (“Purchaser”; together with the Company, the “Parties”, and each of them, a “Party”).
