DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2016, by and among Unified Series Trust, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), each investment adviser to each series of the Trust as set forth on Exhibit A (each an “Adviser” and, collectively, the “Advisers”), and Unified Financial Securities, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of August, 2017, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, Dean Investment Associates, LLC (the “Adviser”).
