THIS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 7, 2017 by and among Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the parties identified as “Holders” on the signature page hereto.
