This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 8th day of August, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) between BJ’S RESTAURANTS, INC., a California corporation (the “Company”) and GREGORY TROJAN (the “Executive”). This Agreement amends, replaces and supersedes the Employment Agreement, dated as of October 28, 2012, between the Company and Executive (the “Original Employment Agreement”).
