This Selected Dealer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [ ], by and between UBS Asset Management (US) Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“we” or “us”) and [ ], a [ ] corporation (“you”). We understand that you wish to act as a Selected Dealer with respect to the Shares.
