Thrivent Core Funds (“TCF”), Thrivent Cash Management Trust (“TCMT”) and Thrivent Financial Investor Services Inc. (“TFISI”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated June 1, 2016 between TCF, TCMT and TFISI, as amended (the “Agreement”), effective November 10, 2017, (i) section 4.04 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:

Thrivent Core Funds (“TCF”) and Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) hereby agree that effective November 10, 2017, the “Thrivent Core International Equity Fund” shall be deemed a “Fund” under the terms of the Administrative Services Agreement dated May 2, 2016, as amended, between TCF and TAM. A revised Schedule A is attached hereto.

Thrivent Core Funds (“TCF”) and Thrivent Distributors, LLC (“TDL”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Distribution Agreement dated May 2, 2016 between TCF and TDL, as amended (the “Agreement”), effective November 10, 2017, the “Thrivent Core International Equity Fund” shall be deemed a “Fund” under the terms of the Agreement. A revised Schedule I is attached hereto.
