THIS AGREEMENT is made as of August 14, 2017, by and between Stone Ridge Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series listed in Appendix A (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”), and ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“ALPS”).
