This AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), made as of the 1st day of October 2017, is by and among CERES MANAGED FUTURES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CMF”), CERES TACTICAL CURRENCY, L.P. a Delaware limited partnership (formerly known as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Spectrum Currency & Commodity L.P., the “Partnership”) and P/E GLOBAL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PE Global” or the “Advisor”).
