THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of October 5, 2017 (the “Execution Date”), by and between METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a New York corporation, having an address at One MetLife Way, Whippany, New Jersey 07981-1449 (together with its successors and assigns, “Lender”), and CIO MISSION CITY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having an address at 415 Fisher Road, Second Floor, Grosse Pointe, Michigan 48230 (“Borrower”).
