The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Capstone Bancshares, Inc. (“Capstone”) recognizes the important role you play in the success of Capstone. THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 22nd day of May, 2017, by and between SmartBank, a banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee (“Bank”), and Robert W. Kuhn, Jr., a resident of the State of Alabama (“Employee”). Bank and Employee are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties,” and each is sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party.”
