This opinion is furnished to you pursuant to paragraph 8.6 of the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 13, 2017, by and among Transamerica Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Acquiring Entity”), on behalf of its series Transamerica Government Money Market (the “Acquiring Fund”), and Transamerica Partners Funds Group, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Acquired Entity”), on behalf of its sole series, Transamerica Partners Government Money Market (the “Acquired Fund”).
