This MM MODIFIED COINSURANCE AGREEMENT (VL BUSINESS) (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of December 29, 2016, by and between Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, a life insurance company organized under the laws of Massachusetts (the “Cedant”), and Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc., a life insurance company organized under the laws of Missouri (the “Reinsurer”).
