THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 31, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and John E. Vollmer III (“Executive”).
