This CONFIDENTIAL SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE (“Agreement”) is made effective this 5th day of January, 2018, by and between Karen L. Keegans (“Employee”) and Pentair Management Company on behalf of itself, its predecessors, subsidiaries and affiliated entities (collectively, “Company”).
