THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of February, 2018, by and between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Appendix A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and the investment adviser of the Funds, Financial Counselors, Inc. (the “Adviser”).
