This REDEMPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 31, 2018, is entered into by and between Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd., a Japanese company (“FX”), FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation, a Japanese company (“FH”), and Xerox Corporation, a New York corporation (“XC”).
