This SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), originally dated the 11th day of October, 2013, as amended and restated on the 17th day of October, 2014, is amended and restated this 31st day of January, 2018, by and between Stone Ridge Trust II, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, Stone Ridge Reinsurance Risk Premium Interval Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), and Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Servicing Agent”).
