THIS AGREEMENT is made as of January 1, 2018 by and between Thrivent Cash Management Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), and Thrivent Distributors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).

Thrivent Core Funds (“TCF”), Thrivent Cash Management Trust (“TCMT”) and Thrivent Financial Investor Services Inc. (“TFISI”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated June 1, 2016 between TCF, TCMT and TFISI, as amended (the “Agreement”), effective February 28, 2018, the “Thrivent Core Low Volatility Equity Fund” shall be deemed a “Fund” under the terms of the Agreement. A revised Schedule A and Schedule B are attached hereto.

Thrivent Core Funds (“TCF”), Thrivent Cash Management Trust (“TCMT”) and Thrivent Financial Investor Services Inc. (“TFISI”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated June 1, 2016 between TCF, TCMT and TFISI (the “Agreement”), effective September 5, 2017, (i) section 4.04 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:
