(“BlackRock”), a Delaware corporation, and iShares Trust (the “Trust”), a statutory trust established under the laws of the State of Delaware, and iShares, Inc. (the “Company”), a company established under the laws of the State of Maryland (the Trust and the Company together, the “Companies”).
