The Securities are to be issued pursuant to the provisions of an Indenture, to be dated as of March 26, 2018, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, to be dated as of March 26, 2018 (the “Indenture”), each between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee (the “Trustee”).
