This RESTATEMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of April 6, 2018 (this “Agreement”), to that certain First Lien Credit Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2014 (as amended by the Amendment Agreement, dated August 12, 2015, the Amendment No. 2, dated March 3, 2017 and further amended, supplemented and otherwise modified and in effect immediately prior to the date hereof, the “Existing Credit Agreement”), by and among STARS GROUP HOLDINGS COÖPERATIEVE U.A.
