THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of April 3, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Alta Mesa Services, LP, a Texas limited partnership (the “Company”), Craig Collins (hereafter “Executive”) and, solely with respect to Section 41, Alta Mesa Holdings, LP, a Texas limited partnership (“Alta Mesa”). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
