Construction Partners, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), proposes to issue and sell to the several underwriters named in Schedule I hereto (the “Underwriters”), for whom Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Stephens Inc.
