This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated June 28, 2017 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and among the Republic of Argentina (the “Republic”), and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. (together, the “Initial Purchasers”).
