This THIRD AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 31, 2018 (this “Amendment”), is entered into by and among BRIGHT HORIZONS FAMILY SOLUTIONS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), BRIGHT HORIZONS CAPITAL CORP., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), the Loan Parties who have delivered signature pages hereto, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
