THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of July 1, 2018, is made and entered into by and between Forward Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, Salient International Real Estate Fund (the “Fund”), and Forward Management, LLC d/b/a Salient (the “Investment Advisor”).
